## Caption

A different kind of a day

Time for a scenery change; we helped to move the cows 🐮up the hill. There is always a few little ones that miss moving day.
This was so helpful for the brain to have a purpose and the constant weaving behind the cows and calves, I think there wasn't one muscle left that didn't participate.
The rider was kind enough to dismount on the way down the hill and worked on her own muscles.
All calves and mums are happily munching in the next paddock.
