When Jen originally signed up with me, we had our first phone consult I asked her the question how well do you sleep. Jens reply barely and it’s shit 😂 

I then went on to ask Jen a list of questions that I pretty much got the same answer to. 

I remember telling Jen we will fix all of these issues to witch she replied “yeh pigs can fly”
Fast forward 4 weeks in I re asked Jen all of the same questions. Guess what Jen no longer had any of these issues we were dealing with, she was sleeping, energy levels were great, waking up before her alarm, no cravings, exercising🙏

The importance of good nutrition & the benefits are endless, I really don’t think anyone understands this till they actually feel how good it feels to FEEL REALLY GOOD💚

Jens experience at FOREVERFIT 💕

So at 60 years of age I had resigned myself to the fact that I was never going to lose weight. Certainly never thought I would get under 60 kg. Had let the weight sneak up. Crap diet and only exercising was horse riding. I was so unfit. Then along came Lucinda and forever fit. I did my exercises as a plodder. Didn’t cheat on the diet and after 8 weeks I had lost around 7 kg.  Kept up a good diet and still exercise and my weight has gone from 64.7 to 54.4. All from the start of august. To all my friends who were brave enough to share their pics I now join you. Forever grateful to you Lucinda.
