💕💕 foreverfit_transformations client Tonyas transformation together in just 16weeks💕💕

She has made some remarkable changes to her body composition and mindset. In just 16weeks T has lost nearly 13kg but it’s not the weight on the scales that’s our Main focus, it’s her body fat and lean muscle mass that’s been our main focus and it’s changed dramatically. She feels strong and confident, Her energy levels are sky high ( if you know T you know she has an extremely busy life, so she needs fuel and energy to get through her busy days) 

I could not be any more proud of T’s progress with respect to time, her attitude is only succeeded by her iron like will and passion for her new health and fitness lifestyle. I am beyond excited to see what we can do over the next 8 weeks together👸🔥
