Chances are you aren't working to a list, or your list isn't realistic. If you have the Grand MotherShip of all lists, then take out the 3 - 5 most important things from that list and put it on a smaller list, the list for the day... and work from that. Once you have done those things, go back to the big list, and 'refuel' your small list with 3 more things to do.
