Miss Dior - 3 yr old Brazen Beau trained by @snowdenracing1 enjoying one of her last water treadmill sessions at Gundy Park Equine before heading back to the stables. Walking in water at Hock Height creates the perfect combination of resistance training but also optimal joint flexion and extension.
