As construction finishes up here, we'd like to start introducing some of our new staff 😄

First up is our Executive Chef, Troy Lockwood!

Originally from Manteca, CA, Troy has 10+ years of restaurant experience and has previously worked in Louie Oliver's Steakhouse at Harrah's Northern California and Seven Sisters at Black Oak Casino Resort! 👨‍🍳

Troy loves the small town vibes of Davis and says, "The plethora of local farms makes it any chef's dream!" 🌽🥦🍊 He is also "incredibly excited to be able to be in a position to help pioneer a food revolution in Davis and bring some incredible things to this tight knit local community!"

He is also a huge San Jose Sharks fan 🏒🦈 and has a 1-eyed Pit Bull named Bailey who is a rescue 🐕
