A combo certain to delight, our Aggie Smash Sliders and the new Night Row Irish Stout.  Night Row is our FIRST EVER Nitro canned beer and the Aggie Smash Sliders are one of our most popular items. Stop by the Taproom and enjoy the perfect weekend treat!

Aggie Smash Sliders feature locally raised UC Davis grass fed beef that is finished on Sudwerk’s spent brewing grain. The meal includes (2) juicy beef sliders served on hot Village Bakery brioche buns with house-made beer mustard, smoked paprika aioli, cheddar, arugala, pickles and a side of mixed green salad, potato salad or mixed crisp rustic & sweet potato fries.

Night Row Stout has a deep onyx black color with a light cappuccino colored foam bursting with roasted malt, chocolate and espresso aromas. The taste starts out with a malty, chocolatey sweetness and a smooth creaminess which is balanced with a hoppy bitterness. Each sip offers flavor notes of roasted grains, coffee, chocolate, and slight hints of vanilla. It has a sweet nose, with light malt aromas breaking through, and its palate is smooth, creamy, and balanced. Available on tap (not nitro) and in NITRO 4-pack 16oz cans!
