It’s the hoppiest time of the year!! 🌱🍻🤗 Today we brewed our Estate beer with fresh, wet hops we grew ourselves. These gorgeous cones, responsible for the bitterness and bright aromas in beer, went from the garden to the kettle in just a few hours thanks to the team @ucdavis_arboretum who helped us harvest!
