Q: Why did you choose Vanderbilt?
A: I chose Vanderbilt because it is a phenomenal school and the academics are incredible. The relationships that you have with professors are something that you don't get everywhere. Everyone is super involved and driven, and that inspires me and motivates me to be driven as well.

Q: What are some of the things that you do on campus?
A: I am in an all-female a cappella group called Swingin' Dores. I am on the exec board for Vanderbilt University Dance Marathon (VUDM) and the director of team captains. I am a Transfer Student Leader and now Vice President of the Transfer Student Leaders program. I volunteer at the Children's Hospital, both with VUDM and outside VUDM.

Q: If you could choose one specific part about Vanderbilt that is your favorite part, what would it be?
A: It would probably be the creativity. Everyone at this school is so creative in their own ways, and it's so interesting to feed off of other people's creativity. It drives me to want to be a more creative and better person.

Q: What made you choose the majors that you have currently?
A: When I transferred, I was originally elementary education. Then, I had a self-realization that I didn't want to do teaching and wanted to do more with counseling and child mental health. So, I want to work with children in hospitals and help them through difficult times. I've seen the impact that it makes for these kids and it's really amazing.
