The first we have up in the #DidYouKnowVU series is none other but iconic Kirkland Hall. Originally built with two towers – north and south - Kirkland was devastated by a fire in 1905, which resulted in the structure being rebuilt with a lone tower. Today, Kirkland serves as home to Vanderbilt’s administrative offices, and stands as one of the most beloved sights on campus.
