Since I’ve been home from qualifying for the FIFA Women’s World Cup at the AFC Asian Cup with @pilipinaswnt I’ve been really focused on getting fit and eating clean and healthy the best I can!🍉🍌🥑🫑🥗

Here’s a quick target grocery run I did at target for the foods I eat to help fuel my body! I’m vegan so I eat a lot of vegetables and right now I’m trying to focus on getting a higher protein intake to help my body recover and gain muscle. I’m not a dietitian but I found this is the most effective way for my body to perform at its best!💪🏽🏃🏽‍♀️
