Don’t forget to stop and smell the roses!🌹

This is something I know I need to work on! Over the last few weeks I’ve stressed myself out with all things soccer related. I love soccer and everything the sport has given me but sometimes it’s so mentally exhausting and I stress myself out. Today I realize I’m lucky enough to be home with my family, able to play and coach the sport I love everyday, etc. all in the beautiful state of California! This reel is just a reminder to stop and be attentive to the present moment to be able to experience and enjoy more of the world surrounding you!
