Don’t get me wrong — I adore pumpkin! But there’s something pretty magical about sweet tart apples with a sweet, buttery caramel sauce.

I made a healthier SunButter caramel sauce with just 3 ingredients — SunButter + Maple + Sea Salt. 

Layer it in the pan with cinnamon apples, and a fluffy vanilla almond flour cake — I have to say, this is the best fall dessert I’ve made to date!

Heaven served with ice cream and an extra drizzle of caramel sauce!
