## Caption

For the second year, ECU Health team members volunteered their time to support former patients in The Crossing, a one-mile event is held annually at Lake Gaston. Participants can swim, float, paddle or walk the distance to raise funds that support the Lake Gaston community.

Susan Callis, recreational therapist with ECU Health, volunteered as a swim partner this year for an adult woman with cerebral palsy.
