Yesterday, we kicked off #HispanicHeritageMonth with speakers, performances, and food! The 34th Annual #HHM Celebration marks Stony Brook University's continued support and highlights the incredible work of our LatinX Seawolves.

Keynote Speaker and StonyBrookAlum Bergre Escorbores ’00, ’01, shared, "Latinos played a pivotal role in shaping the cultural mosaic of this nation. From the early explorers and settlers to present-day leaders in various fields. Our impact resonates in every facet of American life. It is the story of triumph against adversity, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to preserving and sharing our heritage."
