This appetizer is DELICIOUS and so easy to make outdoors or at home! We’re excited to make with our nieces for Halloween 👻.

You can meal prep ahead and serve to EVERYONE, including vegetarians, vegans, and those with allergies!

Made with our new favorite cream cheese, naturesfynd, is: 
•
👍 Nut Free
👍 Soy Free
👍 Dairy Free
•
Recipe INGREDIENTS 🪲
•
1️⃣Medjool Dates (2-3 per person)
2️⃣ naturesfynd cream cheese (now available at Sprouts and Wholefoods ❗️)
3️⃣ Topping Options: Walnuts, cashews,  Almonds or orange zest for nut allergies. 
•
RECIPE 🪲
•
Pit date, cut lengthwise, and stuff with naturesfynd cream cheese. If making ahead, add to airtight container and refrigerate. 
•
Best part: you don’t HAVE to cook the ‘Beetles’! They’re delicious on their own, but the extra step of a quick BBQ, pan cook, or bake softens the date and makes naturesfynd so creamy 🤤…or ‘gooey’! 👻

If cooking, wrap in Heavy Duty tinfoil so they don’t burn (BONUS: easy cleanup!).
