Yesterday afternoon, the Washington Capitals unfortunately put Nicolas Aubé-Kubel on waivers. This morning Kubel cleared, he will report to the Hershey Bears (AHL).

Ironically enough, the Hershey Bears will play against the Lehigh Valley Phantoms tomorrow at 1:05 PM in Lehigh Valley. Which is where it all started for Kubel, being drafted by the Flyers, and playing in Lehigh before making his way into the NHL.
