I made a video about the most impressive things I’ve ever seen in a college football weight room. After I made the video, I couldn’t stop thinking about all the ones I forgot that should’ve made the list. 4 — These mats are always a little sketchy, so I don’t know how much I believe this was a 46” vertical, but either way, FAU wide receiver Je’Quan Burton was definitely floating here. 3 — Texas DT Byron Murphy hitting a 455-pound front squat, a 375-pound power clean, and the head strength coach in Austin claims he would’ve hit 500 and 405 if he let him go heavier. 2 — Houston defensive lineman, Chidozie Nwankwo, drags two 400-pound chains across their weight room. 1 — I had no idea current Auburn linebacker Wesley Steiner did this in high school back in 2019 — just wild strength for a high school player. #iam1stphorm #cfb #collegefootball ## Stats - **Views:** 31,782 - **Likes:** 1,265 - **Shares:** 0 - **Comments:** 2 ## Credits These are the roles credited on Gondola.
