𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲:
200g self raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
20g melted butter
300ml milk
100g blueberries

𝗧𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲:
Arla Skyr yoghurt
Honey
More blueberries

𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱:
1. Mix the self-raising flour and baking powder together.
2. Add the egg, melted butter and milk then whisk until smooth.
3. Fold through the blueberries.
4. Heat cooking oil in a large frying pan over a medium to high heat. Drop a small ladle of batter in.
5. Cook until small bubbles appear on the surface, then turn and cook for another 2-3 mins until golden.
6. Serve with Arla Skyr yoghurt, more blueberries, and a drizzle of honey!
