Eating healthy is an incredibly satisfying and rewarding experience. Not only do you feel healthy and energized by good quality food, but preparing it and enjoying it together is a bonding experience like no other. This morning, all 3 of my kids helped me make Sweet Potato Pancakes with lots of protein and all organic ingredients. My family and I gobbled them up as they were so delicious.
