We had the most magical experience at travelbackland —celebrating our wedding anniversary 🥰.

If you’re looking for a unique stay when you visit Arizona—we can’t recommend Backland enough!

🚶🏻‍♂️ Explore travelbackland’s 160 acres by foot, especially in Fall! 
•
🛶 Go kayaking / paddle boarding in Backland’s pond— FREE for guests, and no reservations needed. (Pic 3)

☕️ Enjoy morning coffee and relax from your ‘tent’. 
•
🥾 Visit Grand Canyon National Park - only 1 hour away! (Pics 4 & 5)

👀 Birdwatch - we spotted bald eagles! And deer often graze nearby. 
•
🔥Nightly bonfire & s’mores! Backland also rolls out 2 giant telescopes 🔭—the stars at night are WILD ✨. 
•
🧩 Play endless games - inside & outdoors on the giant patio. Anyone else love corn hole??

WHEN to VISIT?? We’ve been to the Grand Canyon a number of times and Fall and Winter ❄️ are our favorites! travelbackland’s tents are heated—we’d love return when it’s cozy and
 blanketed in snow ⛄️.
