NY Liberty great, Sabrina Ionescu, played in her first Finals game in the WNBA Championship today and we’re a little bit emotional thinking about how proud Kobe, her long time mentor, would have been. 

The Aces hosted the Liberty in the close game that ended with Vegas winning 99-82. 91 of those points were scored by A’Ja Wilson, Kelsey Plum, Jackie Young, and Chelsea Wilson, the most points to ever be scored in a WNBA Finals game. 

Game 2 will be played on Wednesday 9 PM
