🔹So grateful for this community coming together virtually 👩🏽‍💻. Our community logged on from all over the world 🗺 since March 2020 every Saturday on zoom for 1 hour for reflective writing sessions ✍🏽to pause, be more creative📔 & share. ⁣⁣⁣

🔹We had health care professionals from different disciplines such as Medical Doctors, LCSW'S, LMFT's, Psychologists, Family/loved ones of health care professionals, and students from different health care professions ✊🏽.⁣⁣

🔹This past weekend, we met finally IRL at a beautiful retreat pie_ranch where we got to be grounded in community🧘🏽‍♀️ and nature🌲. We got to have a space to switch off from the daily mayhem and heal together wholly🙏🏽😍. ⁣⁣⁣
