even though I've never participated in the sport as an athlete, gymnastics changed my life. I'm not as active in the sport as I was 5-10 years ago, but it still holds a special place in my heart, brings me so much joy, and has brought people into my life whom I hold near and dear to my heart. 16-year-old me would have been terrified of doing commentary for a meet, and now I do it a few times a year, so it's definitely helped me grow, too. happy #NationalGymnasticsDay! 🤸🏻‍♀️
