Pumpkin Brigadeiros are so easy to make and delicious! Brigadeiros are a Brazilian treat (I’m from Brazil 🇧🇷) made with sweetened condensed milk, butter, and flavorings. In this case we use pumpkin purée and spices as the flavoring but you can use anything.
🎃You can also use this Pumpkin Brigadeiro as macaron filling by placing it in a piping bag and piping in the macarons. Ps the filling is stable and also cottage law compliant in many states! And it’s DE-LI-CIOUS! 🎃🧡
This filling was all the rage last year and probably my most made pumpkin macaron filling recipe (I have several 😂) soooo you should check it out!
