I’ve been making life changes to take better care of my spine & posture. Your back is so so important! I’ve been focusing on: actually using my standing desk sometimes, sleeping with a square pillow that better supports my neck & knee pillow for hip alignment, deepening my yoga practice & now.. a new desk chair!! Being so short it’s been hard to find a chair that I can sit with proper alignment in until now - Thank you again hermanmiller for saving my spine!! My first actual proper desk chair 🥹
