## Caption

Eggplant in Calabrian chili butter - so simple, so quick and so good. You can serve it as a big platter for a dinner party side, or you can top it with roasted chickpeas to make it a full meal. The sauce is brown butter, Calabrian chili paste, balsamic vinegar, honey and garlic - reduced to something sticky and magical that will work on any veg. 

So eggplant haters - rejoice, because this sauce is versatile! (But also I’ll turn you into an eggplant person soon I promise)
