Just proposing a reversal of these fees for people in prison and, most importantly, their families and loved ones would have been impossible in Arizona if not for a governor and prison director who have a holistic philosophy and approach to safety.

Don't stop here, though, Gov. Hobbs. Increase wages in prison so people have resources to find safe housing & transportation upon their release.
