Self-care is one of the best things we can teach our kids and I’ve always been a huge advocate of showing them the importance of preventative health. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and as I approach my 40th birthday, annual mammograms are recommended – and early detection saves lives.  Have all my 40-something mamas and ladies scheduled their first one yet - why or why not?  It’s a little scary, but being around for my babies to see them grow is the most important reason I have to prioritize my health 💕 what’s yours?
