## Caption

Easy, cheesy baked enchilada chicken | pair it with cilantro rice & sliced avocado🤌🏼 

•season 6 thin chicken breast with 1tbsp olive oil, 1tbsp garlic herb seasoning, 1tsp chili powder & 1tsp paprika
•spray baking dish with olive oil spray & place chicken
•bake at 375 for 10 minutes, flip & another 5 minutes
•pour in 10oz can of red or green chili enchilada sauce over chicken 
•top each chicken with a thick slice of mozzarella, shredded cheddar & sliced jalapeños 
•bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly
•top with chopped cilantro
