If you love a good sour cocktail, you will love this mocktail version! The Tangerine Sour Mocktail is a festive fall color, it features refreshing flavors of tangerine and lemon and savory flavors of herbal tea and thyme. 

Mix this up on a fall day to satisfy all your sour cocktail cravings!

Tangerine Sour Mocktail (makes 1)
◻️ 1 oz herbal tea, chilled
◻️ 1 1/2 oz tangerine juice
◻️ 1 oz lemon juice
◻️ 1/2 oz agave
◻️ 1 egg white
◻️ 1 thyme sprig, plus more for garnish
◻️ 1/3 cup LaCroix Tangerine
◻️ Tangerine slice, for garnish
◻️ Edible flower, for garnish

1. Add herbal tea, tangerine juice, lemon juice, agave, egg white and thyme sprig to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice) vigorously until foam forms.
2. Fill a glass with ice and pour the mocktail mixture into the glass. Top of with LaCroix Tangerine.
3. If desired, garnish with a tangerine slice, thyme sprig and edible flower.
