This fresh salad is elevated with grilled peaches, creamy burrata, prosciutto, and fresh basil for a girl dinner fave!

Grilled Peach and Burrata Salad (Servings 2-4)
◻️ 2 ripe peaches
◻️ 8 oz burrata (2 balls)
◻️ 4 oz prosciutto 
◻️ 8-10 fresh basil leaves
◻️ Olive oil
◻️ Sea salt and freshly ground pepper

1. Cut the peaches into wedges. 
2. Preheat grill to high heat and lightly oil grates. Grill peaches for 2-3 minutes on each side.
3. Arrange grilled peaches on a platter. Pull apart the burrata into pieces and add to the platter. Add prosciutto. Drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with basil leaves.
