This summer, Advertising Management major, Elias Gerstein is interning at @republicrecords as an A&R (artists and repertoire) intern. 🎶 

At #RepublicRecords, Elias researches new artists through live shows, playlists, social media, charts, and word-of-mouth. 🎧 

Analyzing artist streaming and consumption trends, both domestically and internationally, Elias helps assist with the strategic planning of artists releases.
