Here’s how to make these viral cinnamon roll pancakes which mycomfortbakes shared with us earlier this Autumn!⁣
⁣
Add Arla Skyr for 40% more protein to make the perfect high protein breakfast! #JustAddSkyr 💁‍♂️🩵💁‍♀️⁣

For the pancakes:⁣
1 egg⁣
50g Arla Skyr vanilla yogurt⁣
70ml buttermilk (or milk + 1 tbsp lemon juice)⁣
60g plain flour⁣
2 tbsp caster sugar⁣
1/2 tsp baking powder⁣
⁣
Mix the wet ingredients together before adding in the dry ingredients. Mix and leave the batter to sit for 10 mins.⁣
⁣
For the swirl: mix 20g melted butter with 30g brown sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon. Add a tbsp of pancake batter, mix and add to a piping bag.⁣
⁣
Grease non-stick pan on low medium heat. Pipe some batter onto the pan to make a perfect circle. Once bubbles form, pipe on your swirl and cover with the lid to steam until the bottom is cooked. Flip and cook for another minute.⁣

Top with a drop of milk+icing sugar glaze and enjoy! :)⁣
