Stop Posting Content Last Minute🚫

1. You will always be stressed out!
So, let’s think about it. You had a busy day with clients. It’s 8 pm, and you are about to relax and read a book, then BOOM, you just remembered you need to think of something to post. Now you’re stressed.

2. Rushing your content increases your chances of messing up. 
 Now since you thought of your content last minute, you are rushing to get it over with already. You post it and the next morning you revisit the post and see there’s a lot of spelling or missing content.

3. You more than likely will not stay consistent.
You probably will forget some days. You may have a long day and be ready to wind down. You may have an event to go to or maybe you’re meeting up with some friends. You will forget and won’t remember until later. 
You may also remember but just won’t have the energy to do it last minute.

So instead…

1. Use planning tools to plan your content.
Great planning tools like Asana, Google Calendar, Click-up, and Monday can help you plan content. Give yourself 30 minutes to an hour and one day during the week to brainstorm ideas. Then, put them on your planning tools.

2.  Plan a day to batch work on content.
Once you have content ideas laid out, it’s time to make them. My advice is to plan one day during the week to batch work on content such as reels and posts. If you’re like me at times, and have a hard time batch-creating everything then maybe split it up during the week. Do one half the first part of the week and the other half the rest of the week. 

3. Schedule the content.
Okay, now everything is made so all you have to do is schedule it. Scheduling is a great way to save time because you don’t have to stop what you’re doing to post. I recommend using tools such as Planoly and Plann for scheduling and laying out your content.
