“I relay for the loved ones I have lost and those who have survived, who have all had amazing impacts on my life: my Papa, Aunt Kathy, Jacob Slade, and my Grandpa. My Papa and Aunt Kathy both battled cancer and unfortunately lost their battles to Stage 4 Pancreatic cancer and Brain/Spinal Cancer, respectively. Both of these individuals were some of the most caring and kind people I have known, and always had such a positive spirit about their cancer battle, even until the end. My Grandpa and good friend Jacob Slade are cancer survivors and have both been in remission within the recent years! No one should have to fight cancer or lose a loved one to cancer, and I Relay so that one day, no one will.”
