First off, why should I plan my content?🤔

Oh, there are soooo many reasons why you should plan your content. 

1. It gives you a visual of what content you have planned.

2. You’re not frantically trying to think of an idea last minute.

3. It allows you more time to plan your content ahead of time and schedule them.

4.  Aaand It also gives you a sense of relief ;)

Alright, now that you know WHY you should post content, here are my 3 tools that I recommend using:
Asana 
Click Up 
Google Calendar

Asana is a great planning tool if you want to get a whole month of content to plan out. What I like about Asana is that there is a calendar view for you to see what your month’s content looks like. I don’t know about you, but I am a very visual person, so I need a clear vision of what I will be posting in the future. This tool is also great because you can assign tasks to yourself or collaborators to remind you about an upcoming post! Also, Asana is very simple and easy to use!

Click Up is another favorite of mine to use! Click-up is very similar to Asana. You can plan a whole month’s of content on it, but what I found different is that you can track the progress on team projects. This is great if you have a big team! Click-up also offers more tools to organize content better, but it's a little more complicated to use than Asana.

Google Calendar is a tool that most people use. I even use it for non-work tasks like dentist appointments, traveling, and events at my church. When you plan content on Google, you can get reminders like Asana and Click up to post content. The only difference is that you can’t assign tasks to other people, but you give a task to a team member by inviting them to your Google calendar.
