Recently, the #NFL approved changes to its infamous #RooneyRule, which is intended to bring diversity to coaching positions within the league. 

Currently, the NFL is 70% black, but there are only 4 minority head coaches out of 32 teams. 

Will the new implements be successful in bringing about change or is it a deeper issue?
