I get this question a lot: 1. Overall caloric deficit - I eat fewer calories (keeping protein high) and have programmed cardio sessions. 2. I wear my squeez_me_skinny Waist Trainer every single day for my morning cardio sessions - I also wear on off days in the AM and on long car rides (great back support). 3. I practice mindfulness and control of my waist throughout the day. 4. Daily posing practice focusing on keeping my waist tight. This is it! I am committed to all aspects of the bodybuilding process. If you removed any one of the items above I guarantee I would not have as tight of a waist as I do now.
