## Caption

sweet & spicy lettuce wraps | perfect lunch or weeknight dinner! You can make this recipe with any protein you like. I used ground turkey here. Would be delish with shrimp or chicken too!

•sauté finely diced onions, carrots, mushrooms, spinach, bell peppers, cilantro, 1tbsp garlic, 1/2tsp ginger & 1lb lean ground turkey 
•keep simmering on med low and breaking up the meat
•stir in 2-3tbsp teriyaki, 1/2tsp crushed red pepper, 1tbsp sriracha 
•serve over butter lettuce with rice, green onions, avocado, sriracha, jalapeños & furikake seasoning
