This Aperol spritz gets in the fall spirit with a combination of hard cider, prosecco, and Aperol, topped off with a delectable cinnamon sugar caramel rim. If you love a good caramel apple, this Apple-rol Spritz is a must try! Enjoy!

Apple-rol Spritz (Makes 1)
◻️ 1 oz Aperol
◻️ 2 oz prosecco
◻️ 2 oz hard cider
◻️ Splash sparkling water 
◻️ Caramel, for rim
◻️ Cinnamon sugar, for rim
◻️ Garnish: apple slice, cinnamon stick

1. Add caramel and cinnamon sugar to 2 shallow dishes. Dip the rim of a cocktail glass in the caramel and then cinnamon sugar until coated.
2. Fill the glass with ice. Add Aperol, prosecco, hard cider and a splash of sparkling water. If desired, garnish with an apple slice and cinnamon stick.
