Pharmacists take ibuprofen too! But here is what we do differently:
If you’re worried about it burning a hole in your stomach take it with magnesium, calcium, and an anti acid. It will reduce the risk to your stomach. 
Worried about your kidneys? Take it with a Beet Root supplement and reduce your sodium intake! Not only does the beet root protect your kidneys but it also can help how well the ibuprofen will work!
