- Landing in a deep squat [pop];
- Using unpermitted supplementary mats;
- The presence — without interference — of a spotter on the podium on vault;
- Running more than 25 meters on vault;
- Performing an “uncharacteristic element” on the uneven bars, such as skills with take-off from both feet [pop] or thighs.
- Hitting the bar with the feet;
- An empty swing on the uneven bars;
- Grasping the beam to avoid a fall;
- Using multiple additional movements to maintain balance (without touching the beam);
