As most first-year students do, Isabella Giner and Katie Spencer hung photos on their dorm walls, but they also found a different common ground — realty.

The two then-freshmen agreed to obtain real estate licenses by the end of the year.

Giner, a fourth-year corporate innovation and entrepreneurship major, and Spencer, a fourth-year finance major, now cobroke under Giner Realty NYC.

“I started taking (an) online class to become a realtor over the summer. We got to talking and (Spencer) was interested as well,” Giner said. “We decided to make it a goal by the end of our freshman year to get licensed and the following summer we started doing rental deals.”
