She continues to reach out to her SCORE mentor regularly for guidance on growing her business, Poston & Associates, LLC.

She was a finalist for the American Small Business Championship. Most recently, she was named to the 2023 FORBES 50 over 50 list for her work with Native Women Lead, an organization committed to closing the wealth gap for Indigenous women by inspiring them to become entrepreneurs.
