What college football fan base can factually claim to be Tight End University?

Here are my 3 top contenders for the next ‘Tight End University’ title:

1 — Utah

Some of this might be due to recency bias, especially with 2022 first-round pick Dalton Kincaid showing promise for the Bills.

But with Kyle Whittingham at the helm, Utah consistently proves to have great tight ends.

2 — Georgia

Playing tight end at Georgia means you have to match up against some bad dudes blocking and in route running.

They have Darnell Washington who is proving that in his rookie year with the Steelers.

But the main reason I’d bet on Georgia is they have the best tight end in college football right now — Brock Bowers.

3 — Penn State

Penn State has produced the leader in independent TikTok tight end analysis, so they have to be on this list.

For real though, Mike Gesicki has shown he can put up numbers in the right system and Pat Freiermuth is a stud in Pittsburgh. Their current tight-ends are future NFL players too.
