⭐️Heather is now teaching a Wednesday EVENING Spin class from 5:30-6:15PM!
⭐️Toni’s Saturday MORNING Spin at 9:15am is now renamed to Battle in the Saddle. Participate in an intense Spin workout with a music playlist that has two artists battling it out! Stay till the end, take a vote, and see which artist wins!
