One of the things that I love about working at Protiviti is that I get to facilitate our internal challenge schools such as The Consulting Challenge, The Advanced Consulting Challenge, and The Manager Challenge.  These are crazy weeks that wear me out because I have what I call “structural issues.” I have struggled with chronic pain for about 30 years due to a genetic disorder that has caused arthritis in most of my joints. I don’t talk about it much and most people would never know.  I appreciate that at Protiviti, I find spaces where we are bringing focus to non-visible disabilities of all sorts and where we can discuss the challenges of having a disability.” Dell Christy-Stinnett, Associate Director
