Join us on Wednesday, October 11th from 12:30pm to 1:30pm in front of the Health Promotion and Wellness office for a chance to de-stress and play with some furry friends.

Wags for Wellness is a free event that features therapy animals. These dogs are specially trained to provide comfort and support to people of all ages.

Spending time with animals has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, and blood pressure. It can also improve mood and boost the immune system.

So if you're looking for a way to relax and recharge, come to Wags for Wellness!
