Joseph Garcia ‘24 is a Communications major with a concentration in Public Relations and a Fashion Merchandising minor. The junior expressed his love for fashion, and how he hopes to get more involved in that world in the future. When asked about where he would like to see himself in the future, Joseph said, “Hopefully, I’m doing PR for a major brand or something. Right now I work in retail, and I’m still not sure where I really want to go with it, but I’d like to see what can happen. The PR world is really interesting because you can do a lot.”

Joseph has loved the fashion world for a very long time, and when asked about what his favorite thing about the fashion world was, he was very eager to talk about it.

“I think it’s the amount of difference, but also consistency. It’s a defining feature about the fashion world right now. So like I noticed with these past fashion shows for spring of next year, it was very consistent with the theme of neutral colors but also pops of green and pink and purple, but also, each design, each brand, did it in their own way, so I like that a lot.”
